___________________________________________________________________

(week 5)

Please be advised that homework will now run between

Tuesday and Monday

This is to enable proper time to be given to marking and assessing homework. Previously with homework being due on a Friday, the marking of homework often gave way to testing and assessing of our literacy and maths outcomes for the week. The old routine is simply not viable if both routines are to exist on a Friday.
Starting the process on Tuesday gives the weekend and therefore provides (potentially) an extra two days for completion. Moreover, it allows Fridays to remain testing day.
